Our stylish and fast 7.8m rib 'Blue Jacket' is available for charter for a fun day out, transportation to beaches not accessible by other types of boat and is perfect for charter by dive clubs and groups. 'Blue Jacket' provides the deck space and speed to make a comfortable trip to the many excellent dive sites out of Weymouth, around Portland and up into Lyme Bay.
She has all the equipment you would expect, including colour chart plotter and depth sounder, for pinpointing the wreck sites. First aid kit and oxygen are always carried on board, as well as flasks of coffee and sweeties.
The pod seating is flexible: using minimum seating for diving trips provides maximum deck space for equipment, or any number of seats up to 6 can be utilised for added comfort on the fast rib blasts or other popular corporate events such as the challenging 'Poker Run'. Specification
'Blue Jacket' is a Ribcraft 7.8m bespoke commercial specification rib. Her unique colour scheme and modified build quality make her stand out from other ribs. Ribcraft have only ever built two ribs like this and both were for us. The tubes are completely double skinned and the deck has a fibreglass collar foam surround which increases the boat's longitudinal rigidity and provides excellent seagoing qualities.
